NRL Round 7 Predictions
Roosters - Well overdue, been playing ok in patches. Need some luck.
Storm - Hard to go against the undefeated Melbourne side.
Bulldogs - Should have too much for the out of form Tigers. Sherwin back.
Panthers - At home, should kill off Matt Elliot's former team - Raiders
Sea Eagles - Big task, taking on the Cowboys - but should have enough forward power to win
Warriors - Possible upset here, NZ will be fresh for this clash with the Roosters. Tough one
Eels - Just missed out last week, and should do enough against the Titans. Titans woeful last week
Knights - Will be too strong at home for the Sharks.

Melbourne Storm vs Penrith Panthers:
The Storm have only been average in the first few rounds, but their average is a class above the rest. I have a feeling they will fire on all cylinders in this game and put the blow torch on Penrith. Penrith will need to improve discipline to ensure they don't lose by a truck load. After Burt cut the Panthers to pieces last week, expect Billy Slater to do more of the same. Melbourne comfortably.
Cronulla Sharks vs Canberra Raiders:
Both these teams are so much better at home, this time Cronulla get the home ground - and have shown improvement each week. Canberra on the other hand have been inconsistent and face some injury concerns. The Sharks will be too strong at home.
Manly Sea Eagles vs Gold Coast Titans:
Brookvale is the home of this anticipated clash - with the flamboyant Titans facing the gutsy and brick wall like Manly team. I think this might go the Titans way, as it's very hard to defend against the likes of Presto and Prince - and Manly might get hurt with the second phase play. Titans in a close one.

Round 4 - Who will win?
Well NRL News struggled last week and missed out on several predictions. We will attempt to redeem ourselves here and aim for plenty of improvement in round 4 - here are the expert Rugby League tips from the NRL News team -
Souths v Bulldogs: Souths to keep their streak alive and beat the Dogs in a heavy forward battle.
Roosters v Broncos Both teams winless with their 2007 Rugby League campaign. Very tough to call but I think the Roosters lack firepower in attack. The Broncos should take the cake.
Knights v Storm Knights coming off a big loss will be keen to avenge their disgrace against Canberra. But the power of Melbourne is strong - you simply cannot tip against the Storm. Storm to win.
Cowboys v Tigers Tigers still winless and rudderless. Cowboys in a canter.
Eels v Raiders Eels at home face a fancied Raiders side that smacked the Knights last week. I think the home crowd and little confidence lift for the Eels should get them home. Eels.
Manly v Warriors Warriors still haven't proved they can win away from NZ. Manly should do the job here.
Penrith v Titans Penrith will have too much confidence here. Penrith safely.
Sharks v Saints The local derby. Both teams fielding young sides. I think the Sharks will want this more after last weeks showing. Ricky will have them primed. Sharks in a close one.
